Jiufa Hardware Home Appliance hinge hardware full process quality inspection procedure

The full process quality inspection procedure for hinge hardware components of Jiufa Hardware Home Appliances.
1. Incoming Inspection (IQC)
Verify the batch, material certification, and purchase order information of raw materials such as steel, and confirm that the supplier is on the qualified list.
Conduct a comprehensive visual inspection to identify surface cracks, rust, deformation, and other defects; Use calipers and micrometers to randomly inspect key dimensions and confirm that the tolerances meet the standards.
Sample metal raw materials for hardness testing, and if necessary, verify chemical composition through spectral analysis. After all are qualified, label them with green tags and store them in the warehouse. Unqualified products are directly identified and isolated for return.

2. Full node inspection of the production process

First article inspection: After each batch of startup, mold change, or shift change, the inspector conducts a full item inspection of the first piece hinge to confirm that the size, structure, and appearance meet the standards. The batch production is only started after retaining the first article record.
Process Inspection (IPQC): Inspectors conduct regular spot checks to verify the execution of process parameters for stamping, tapping, grinding, and other processes. They focus on monitoring dimensional deviations caused by tool wear and immediately stop rectification if any abnormalities are found.
Self inspection+mutual inspection: After each process operator completes the processing, they first self inspect the burrs and basic dimensions of the product, confirm that they are qualified, and then proceed with circulation; The personnel in the next process conduct mutual inspection on the incoming materials from the previous process, and have the right to directly reject non-conforming products to prevent them from flowing into subsequent processes.
Key process special inspection: After special processes such as heat treatment and shot blasting, a dedicated inspection post is set up to conduct special tests on the hardness and surface cleanliness of semi-finished products. Unqualified products are judged to be reworked or scrapped based on the "Unqualified Product Disposal Form".

3. Final inspection and performance verification of finished products (FQC)

Appearance inspection: Check for scratches, poor coating, and blurry markings on the hinge surface to ensure that there are no visible defects to the naked eye.
Key dimension retesting: Use precision measuring tools to 100% verify the core parameters such as installation hole positions and fit clearances of the finished product, fully matching the tolerance requirements of the home appliance manufacturer's drawings.
Functional reliability testing: Based on the two automatic testing benches configured in the factory area, simulate the hinge opening and closing actions for fatigue testing, and verify that there is no jamming or loosening after tens of thousands of opening and closing cycles; Salt spray testing was added to some batches to confirm that the rust prevention ability meets the standard.
Pre packaging review: Verify that the product model, batch, and order are completely consistent. After confirming that the rust prevention treatment is in place, affix a qualified label and allow for packaging.

4. Record and closed-loop management of non-conforming products

All measured data, inspection personnel, and dates from all inspection stages are recorded in the quality records, signed and confirmed, and archived to achieve traceability of the entire batch quality.
Unqualified products shall be immediately marked with a red tag for isolation, and the review team shall determine whether to rework, repair or scrap them; Special circumstances requiring concession release must obtain written confirmation from downstream customers, and non compliant products are strictly prohibited from leaving the factory without authorization.
