Development history of Jiufa Hardware refrigerator hinge

Longyu, the predecessor of Jiufat Hardware, was established in 1994. It ventured into the home appliance hardware supporting sector in its early days. In 2009, it passed the qualification review of Aucma, and in 2011, it passed the qualification review of Whirlpool, gradually accumulating experience in the research, development, and production of refrigerator hinges. It became a qualified supplier for multiple white goods brands. In 2014, it was awarded the title of County Science and Technology Enterprise, and in 2015, it was listed among high-tech enterprises.

In 2018, Jiufat Hardware officially passed the supplier audit of Haier and began producing refrigerator hinges on a dedicated automated production line in September of the same year. Each production line can produce 6,000 hinges in 10 hours, with an annual supply of over 1.7 million refrigerator hinges to Haier. The production loss rate has been reduced from 3% in the manual era to within 0.1%, marking a leapfrog improvement in product precision and production capacity.
