Wenzhou Jiufat Hardware Technology Co., Ltd. was officially registered and established on May 8, 2018, located in the Dongmeng Industrial Park in Wuniu, Yongjia, with a registered capital of 10 million yuan. In its initial stage, the company focuses on the research, development, and manufacturing of home appliance damping hinges and precision metal stamping parts. Leveraging the advantages of Wenzhou's hardware industry cluster, the company has set up small stamping and assembly production lines and established a mold development team. Its core objectives are to focus on basic hinge products for refrigerators and freezers, enter the home appliance supply chain through sample development and small-batch supporting; simultaneously deploy independent mold research and development, undertake non-standard hardware orders from small and medium-sized home appliance manufacturers; complete the company's official website and qualification filing, and open up domestic sales channels.
1. Comprehensive expansion of product line. From a single refrigerator hinge, we have expanded to five core categories: refrigerator hinge, commercial freezer damping hinge, pulsator washing machine buffer hinge, oven/microwave oven high-temperature resistant hinge, and multi-angle damping shaft, forming a complete matrix of home appliance door hinge products. Additionally, we have added a customization business for precision metal stamping parts.
2. Standardized Capacity Construction Implement environmental impact assessment and mass production projects, with a planned capacity of producing 700 tons of refrigerator hinges, 950 tons of freezer hinges, and 250 tons of oven hinges annually. Continuously introduce stamping equipment and assembly lines, and establish a finished product durability testing laboratory (with a lifespan test of 100,000 cycles).
3. Breakthrough in the supply chain of household appliances: Successfully entered the supply chain of Midea washing machines and became the main supplier of buffer hinges for washing machines; simultaneously expanded business with commercial refrigerators and kitchen appliance manufacturing enterprises. In 2022, official reports indicated that the company's production in the first quarter increased by more than 20% year-on-year, and the scale of orders continued to climb.

Technical intellectual property layout: Continuously apply for utility model patents for damping hinge structures, accumulate multiple independent patents for buffer hinges, and form differentiated technical barriers; establish standardized inspection processes, strictly controlling damping force, rust prevention, load-bearing capacity, and service life indicators.

Continuously optimize the production line and promote semi-automatic assembly; improve surface treatment processes (electrophoresis, galvanizing, stainless steel solutions) to meet the needs of different working conditions such as low-temperature freezers and high-temperature ovens; implement flexible order production, taking into account both large-scale standard parts and small-scale non-standard customization. The employee scale is stable at more than 60 people, forming an integrated closed-loop production capacity from mold design, stamping processing, damping component assembly, to finished product inspection.

Domestic market: Deeply cultivating relationships with manufacturers of Midea and various kitchen appliances, refrigeration equipment, and commercial island cabinets; participating in bidding for home appliance components, and expanding customers in the home appliance industry belt of Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Shanghai, and South China;
Liberalization of foreign trade business: The business scope includes the import and export of goods, gradually connecting with overseas home appliance brands, and exporting damping hinge hardware accessories;
Service model upgrade: Support for custom mold making based on customer drawings/samples, and provision of personalized damping force adjustment solutions.
3. Sustainable and standardized operation
We have maintained A-level tax credit for many years; improved production licenses and environmental protection procedures; and continuously iterated product solutions, developing specialized hinges for scenarios such as cold storage resistance to low temperatures, oven resistance to high temperatures, and noise reduction and impact resistance for washing machines.
1. Technical route: Continuously delve into damping and buffering technology, develop a new generation of hinge with silent operation, long lifespan, and adjustable damping; explore lightweight, corrosion-resistant stainless steel new products;
2. Market strategy: Consolidate the main business of household appliances, expand into the market for industrial control equipment, small household appliances, and flip-hinge mechanisms for smart devices; increase the market share in foreign trade;
